Casa Oliver suits gay men who want a social, adult scene: pool parties, an indoor play area and day-pass visitors. It is the most event-driven resort in Warm Sands and an easy walk from Arenas Road. If you want a quiet pool shared only with overnight guests, book Descanso or Twin Palms instead.

What changed

Casa Oliver’s own FAQ says it “acquired and rebranded the former All Worlds Resort in December 2024.” It has since refreshed and renovated rooms.

Some booking sites and listings still use the All Worlds name. The outdoor maze that older All Worlds listings mention is still advertised.

The address, 535 S Warm Sands Drive, is a few doors from 555 S Warm Sands Drive, the former Terra Cotta.

Who it admits and the house style

The resort describes itself as an adults-only, clothing-optional resort designed for gay men. The amenities include:

  • a 24-hour heated pool for registered guests;
  • a hot tub, fire pit, gardens and the outdoor maze;
  • Oliver’s Den, which the resort calls an approximately 6,000-square-foot, climate-controlled indoor “social and play” area. Overnight guests get access; some passes include it.

Weekly events:

  • “Local Social” on Tuesdays;
  • “KING” on the third Saturday of the month;
  • “Loverboy Sunday” pool parties, noon to 5 pm.

Holiday weekends and Palm Springs Pride bring extra events.

All rooms are king-bed categories except two Buddy Rooms:

  • Classic King — refreshed furnishings and paint, with layouts and finishes that vary by room.
  • Deluxe King and Superior Premium King — renovated, with a mini fridge, Roku TV and mini-split air conditioning.
  • Deluxe Premium King — the 500-block rooms are the largest, with a living room and a garden view.
  • Buddy Rooms — two king beds for up to four guests, beside the main pool, hot tub and DJ area. Expect noise on party days.

A light continental breakfast, Wi-Fi and self-parking are included. Dogs are allowed in designated rooms with approval.

Room counts differ between sources, so we don’t publish one. Nightly rates are shown in the booking engine.

Where it is

The resort is in Warm Sands, which it puts about a mile from downtown.

  • Arenas Road bars: roughly 0.7 miles by road, a 15-minute walk.
  • Palm Springs airport (PSP): about 2.5 miles.

You can do without a car here. Whether to stay in Warm Sands or downtown is covered in Warm Sands vs downtown Palm Springs.

What recent guests say

Tripadvisor showed 32 reviews averaging 4.6 in October 2026: 26 excellent, 4 good and 2 terrible. The ten most recent cover stays from December 2025 to October 2026. Most praised:

  • friendly staff;
  • clean rooms;
  • the maze and gardens;
  • the overall vibe.

The exception was a one-star review from March 2026. Those guests left on arrival, citing a dirty room and people on the property they took to be day-pass visitors.

Feedback here is more mixed than at the quieter men’s resorts. With passes and parties, the atmosphere depends on who is there that day, so check the event calendar for your dates.

How it compares

Choose INNdulge or Vista Grande for a social Warm Sands pool without Casa Oliver’s event schedule. Choose Santiago if you want guests-only access, included lunch and a calmer pool, about 1.2 miles from Arenas Road. Choose CCBC in Cathedral City if you want another party-oriented men’s resort and don’t mind driving in from Cathedral City.
